2 (5)Nestled amidst World Golf Village‘s beautiful natural landscape, tucked under majestic oak trees and surrounded by a lush blanket of green space, GroveWood feels like a personal discovery. It’s that rare gem of neighborhoods: cozy, inviting and centered around family. It’s a place where quality family time is around-the-clock. A place where neighborly comes naturally. A place where bird songs and kids playing fill the air.  And a place where trees outnumber, well, most everything.

Kristen, her husband, Austin, and their daughters Audrey and Lauren moved to GroveWood from Jacksonville about two years ago, drawn by its “small town atmosphere” and “natural setting.”  They quickly realized they found home. Kristen loves the impromptu get-togethers with neighbors and Austin has found the winding drive through The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village to GroveWood helps him decompress and recharge after a long work day.

Says Kristen, “Our neighbors have become lifelong friends, and our girls are surrounded by playmates.”  She also feels a sense of security in GroveWood that comes from “neighbors who look out for you.” Summing up the personality of GroveWood, Kristen explained, “This is the kind of community where your neighbors give you a call when they’re at the supermarket to see if there’s anything you need.”

GroveWood is a cozy community of 122 wooded homesites, situated along sidewalk-lined streets.  Its single-family homes range in size from about 2,500 to 3,500 square feet.  New construction homes are currently available in the mid to upper $300s. Builders in GroveWood include Cornerstone Homes and Providence Homes.

In addition to its quiet, natural setting, GroveWood is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.  GroveWood and The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village are situated just off I-95 with easy access to Jacksonville and St. Augustine.  A highly-regarded school district is one of the area’s greatest assets. St. Johns County schools are among the top-rated, not just in the state, but nationwide.
