Join us as we dive into Andy Stanley’s Bible Study, “Five Things God Uses to Grow Your Faith”! Andy is a senior pastor at several Atlanta churches and an author of more than 20 books. He also founded the worldwide Christian organization, North Point Ministries. Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will be hosting the Bible Studies at two locations and the studies are open to the public.
Shelley Nemethy will host the study at the World Golf Village location kicking off on Thursday, August 10th. The six week series will take place each Thursday from 12 to 1 pm. The office is located at 100 East Town Place at the entrance to World Golf Village.

Davidson Realty’s corporate giving program, Davidson Cares, is back for their second year of Shooting for SAYS on Thursday, October 19th at Jacksonville Clay Target Sports (12125 New Berlin Road) and to start the fundraising year off right, they are offering special early bird pricing for participants. Since 2012, Davidson Cares has worked to help local children by supporting local public schools and youth-based programs.
Sign up to participate between June 1st and July 15th to receive discounted pricing on sporting clays (100 for $125) and skeet targets (50 for $50). New shooters will receive instruction while shooting 25 skeet targets for $50. Sporting Clays will be raised to $125 and skeet will be raised to $75 after July 15th.
Come one, come all! Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau are hosting a new women’s Power Hour Bible Study starting tomorrow, May 4th at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office.
The 7-week Bible Study is based on the book Seamless, written by Biblical teacher and author Angie Smith. The study will focus on understanding the Bible as a whole and is a perfect fit for anyone regardless of knowledge of the Bible.
Shelley will host the World Golf Village study on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at 100 East Town Place in St. Augustine. Pam hosts the Jacksonville Beach study on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215.
The 22nd Annual Rhythm & Ribs Festival has been voted the “Best Festival in St. Augustine” twelve times and this year it kicks off on March 31st with award winning barbeque, great live music, kid’s games, arts and crafts vendors, family fun and more at Francis Field in downtown St. Augustine! Hosted by St. Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club, this yearly event normally raises approximately $100,000 for local charities. Finally a great Mexican place in World Golf Village! Cinco de Mayo, located at 124 Capulet Dr, Suite 109, offers very affordable lunch options, daily specials and a full bar. I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of food. I don’t know about you, but I normally judge a Mexican restaurant on their fajitas and queso. Cinco de Mayo gets five stars from me on both!
