Inland Homes Goes the Extra Mile with Pre-Dry Wall Inspection

Posted by: Peyton Davidson in Builders, Videos

Last month, we introduced you to Adam Roller, President and Chief Operating Officer for the new St. Augustine operations of Inland Homes. Inland Homes St. Augustine currently has spec homes under construction in our St. Augustine golf course community so we welcomed the opportunity to learn more about the company and its exceptional customer service.  We were impressed, especially when Adam explained they conduct a pre-dry wall inspection for every new Inland Homes’ house constructed.

In the video, Adam walks us through a pre-dry wall inspection in one of the Inland Homes spec homes currently under construction in GroveWood. Adam explains all the features and functionality of the home, including the advanced energy efficient features that come standard with all Inland Homes. Radiant sheathing keeps the attic of an Inland Homes house 30% cooler than other homes, which in turn keeps the entire home cooler – especially beneficial for our warm Florida climate. Dual pane low-e windows are another important new construction feature that helps keep air-conditioning bills in check!  An added benefit of the pre-dry wall inspection is knowing exactly where your switches, electrical outlets and low voltage locations will be. As Adam explains in the video, the walk-through is to customize every aspect of your home to fit each family’s needs.

Inland Homes has two spec homes currently under construction in GroveWood (4830 Boat Landing Drive has been sold) and OakWood and will be breaking ground soon on two more homes in Waterbury by the Links. They feature upgraded landscape packages and range in price from $275,000 to $440,000. Floor plans include The Amherst, The Devonshire, The Georgetown and The Hampton.
