New Property Management Software Provides Extra Convenience for Property Owners

Posted by: Cathy Eng in News

Davidson Property Management has found a great way to improve convenience and communication for property owners, tenants and the team! We recently implemented Propertyware, a web-based property management software for organizing and maintaining secure electronic client and property data. The software is designed to create a single solution for managing properties, including full accounting functionality, inspection software, communication tools and a customer portal.

Says Davidson Property Management President Sherry Davidson, “Open communication and ease of doing business are absolutely vital to our property management team. This tool is already helping with both, which is good for our property owners as well as tenants.”

Property owners benefit from Propertyware’s automated property reports, communication tools, marketing aids to promote their property and comprehensive tenant screening applications. Tenants can now make rent payments online and communicate with property managers within a few clicks.

Davidson’s property management team also benefits from the software’s inspection tool, which allows property managers to upload property photos along with any room-specific notes. All inspections synchronize with the cloud-based database, making the inspection visible to the team and property owners.

After the January 5 implementation, our property management team has already seen improvements in workflow and customers are beginning to utilize the portal.

Sherry added, “The team now has everything they need on one screen, so they can view all inspections, property information and contact information instantly. All they need is an internet connection. I’m confident that property owners and tenants will like it as much as we do.”
