WGV Speaker Series welcomes Davidson Development President Jim Davidson

Join us at Davidson Realty’s headquarters in World Golf Village on Tuesday, September 5, at 6 p.m. when Jim Davidson will take attendees through the journey of World Golf Village from concept to completion.

Jim, who is President of Davidson Development, was the driving force behind the community’s strategy, establishment and growth.

Davidson Realtor Shelley Nemethy and Bank of England Mortgage Banker Andrew Merritt are sponsoring the free event, which is part of Davidson’s quarterly series featuring real estate related information.

New World Golf Village Bible Study Kicks Off August 10th!

Join us as we dive into Andy Stanley’s Bible Study, “Five Things God Uses to Grow Your Faith”! Andy is a senior pastor at several Atlanta churches and an author of more than 20 books. He also founded the worldwide Christian organization, North Point Ministries. Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will be hosting the Bible Studies at two locations and the studies are open to the public.

Shelley Nemethy will host the study at the World Golf Village location kicking off on Thursday, August 10th. The six week series will take place each Thursday from 12 to 1 pm. The office is located at 100 East Town Place at the entrance to World Golf Village.

Women’s Bible Study Kicks Off May 4th in World Golf Village!

Come one, come all! Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau are hosting a new women’s Power Hour Bible Study starting tomorrow, May 4th at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village office.

The 7-week Bible Study is based on the book Seamless, written by Biblical teacher and author Angie Smith. The study will focus on understanding the Bible as a whole and is a perfect fit for anyone regardless of knowledge of the Bible.

Shelley will host the World Golf Village study on Thursdays from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at 100 East Town Place in St. Augustine. Pam hosts the Jacksonville Beach study on Thursdays from 6 to 7 p.m. at 1500 Beach Boulevard, Suite 215.

World Golf Speaker Series is coming beginning March 7!

Davidson Realty, Inc. and Realtor Shelley Nemethy are preparing to launch a World Golf Speaker Series to provide real estate related information to all WGV residents (and future residents)!

Each quarterly event will be held at Davidson’s headquarters in World Golf Village and include a featured speaker and refreshments provided by Bank of England.

The dates the 2017 World Golf Speaker Series are as follows:
Tuesday, March 7 (6-7 p.m.)
Tuesday, June 6 (6-7 p.m.)
Tuesday, September 5 (6-7 p.m.)

James: Mercy Triumphs Community Bible Study Kicks Off October 6th

Davidson Realty Agent and published Christian author Shelley Nemethy will host a community Bible Study called James: Mercy Triumphs starting Thursday October 6th at Davidson Realty’s World Golf Village headquarters. The Bible Study will be held every Thursday night from 6:30 to 8:30 pm for eight weeks.

James: Mercy Triumphs is written by Biblical teacher and renowned author Beth Moore. Beth is founder of Living Proof Ministries and the author of bestselling Bible studies and books for women. According to the James: Mercy Triumphs website, the course centers on, “joy, hardship, faith, reversal of fortunes for rich and poor, wisdom, gifts from above, single-mindedness, the dangers of the tongue, humility, and prayer.” Shelley said every Beth Moore Bible Study she has ever done has been life changing.
