Come along with us as we get up-close and personal with World Golf Village’s family-focused Heritage Landing neighborhood by D.R. Horton, situated just off scenic County Road 13. As Davidson Realty Agent and Heritage Landing resident Mirtha Barzaga explains in the video, Heritage Landing features 1,154 single-family homes and attracts many young families because of its multi-million dollar amenity center, Camp Heritage, and the acclaimed A-rated St. Johns County public schools.
Welcome to Inland Homes’ Amherst spec home in the King & Bear! In the past couple of months, you’ve been introduced to Adam Roller, President and Chief Operating Officer for the company’s St. Augustine operations, and learned about Inland’s excellent customer service by going behind the scenes of their pre-dry wall inspection. This month, Adam describes their new home introduction – another great example of how Inland Homes takes care of their customers through the entire building process!
Great news for our World Golf Village neighbors and other St. Johns County residents! Davidson Realty recently announced the creation of their new Davidson Cares Foundation and Program to support St. Johns County schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary School, and Pacetti Bay Middle School. The foundation will be funded by proceeds from real estate sales along with great local fundraising events, like their first event at Mile Marker Brewery on Friday, November 9th! It’s great to see local businesses coming together to support our schools!
When my husband and I were house hunting for a home in Jacksonville some years back, we started to notice a trend. The cleanest houses always made it to the top of our list! Shortly after when we decided to rent out our home in Louisiana and become landlords for the first time, the tenant we chose won us over when she proudly announced, “I’m a clean freak!”. We knew that she would help protect the value of our biggest investment – our home. Recently when I asked several Davidson Realty Agents, each and every one of them confirmed what I suspected all along: Clean homes show better, sell faster and command higher prices.

Craig Speziale, Principal of Ponte Vedra High School and a seasoned academic administrator, will discuss getting students ready for high school and post-high school, including changing academic requirements that may impact current middle school and high school students. Says Speziale, “Successfully managing the transition from middle school to high school and from high school to college or other post high school opportunities can be a great advantage for students. I’ve been excited to try Blackfly for a while now. It started when I first noticed the building one morning following a bike ride in Anastasia State Park. The restaurant sits just east of the Bridge of Lions and I noticed it because it had been painted a refreshing Caribbean blue. My curiosity continued when I found out that the same folks who own Collage restaurant in downtown St. Augustine were partners in the new restaurant. Well, my curiosity was quenched Friday, July 20 when my husband and I enjoyed a great evening at Blackfly.
