Davidson Realty agent Mirtha Barzaga is hosting a Back to School Supply Drive on August 5th and 6th to collect items like backpacks, pencils, lunch boxes, highlighters, calculators, colored pencils and more!
The Supply Drive is to support children in need from Kindergarten through eighth grade at our local schools. Join us as we dive into Andy Stanley’s Bible Study, “Five Things God Uses to Grow Your Faith”! Andy is a senior pastor at several Atlanta churches and an author of more than 20 books. He also founded the worldwide Christian organization, North Point Ministries. Davidson Realty agents Shelley Nemethy and Pam Lareau will be hosting the Bible Studies at two locations and the studies are open to the public.
Shelley Nemethy will host the study at the World Golf Village location kicking off on Thursday, August 10th. The six week series will take place each Thursday from 12 to 1 pm. The office is located at 100 East Town Place at the entrance to World Golf Village.

With the patience, persistence and professionalism of my Real Estate Agent*, we successfully closed the sale of our home on 7/21/17.
We were on the market for about 140 days. But for my slow acceptance of buyer preferences and market facts – it could have been much quicker. After all, the house across the street from us had three offers the first day it was on the market – and it’s sale closed rapidly.

In my last installment, as a current home seller, I shared a personal lesson-learned. I summarized the lesson into the simple observation – “listen to the market – don’t doubt the Buyer – understand their preferences”.
The longer one’s home remains on the market – the more lessons flood in. You don’t always have to personally live the lesson to benefit from it. When you seek the right counsel – your path and progress can be secured.
